BioWhat can I say about myself?
I am a single man, living in New York, and I revel in each moment of that life. Parenthetically, the preceding "single" refers to the fact that I am myself and only myself, nothing more and nothing less; it is not necessarily a comment on my relationship status.
I have one passion which encapsulates all others, and that is life.
I love to live, to learn, to grow, and to experience.
I have unfailing obsessions with film, sex, sexuality, food, wine, art, and all things that make life interesting and elevate human beings beyond the "eat, sleep, reproduce, repeat" mentality of our lesser-evolved animal counterparts. Praise me as an aesthetic or condemn me as a hedonist, they are the same, and I live my life for myself, without apology or regret.
Finally, this journal exists as a therapeutic exercise for myself. Thus, it may seem needlessly pretentious at some times, and ambiguously personal at others. If anyone reading this gains something from it, all the better. Otherwise, my only intention is to vent, to rant, and to express myself to my hearts content as I feel the need and see fit to do so.
